BOX 5252 <br /> PLEASANTON, CA 94566 <br /> Dear Mr. Stately; <br /> In approving the application to remove three (3), underground storage tanks <br /> located at 30350 S. Tracy Blvd., in the city of Tracy, the approval is based <br /> upon the following conditions; <br /> Ll- A Fire Department permit may be required prior to the removal of <br /> the tanks. Should the local fire district not require a permit, <br /> the county fire warden, 468-3380, may require a permit. This <br /> permit number must be submitted to this office. <br /> �2. Thirty (30) pounds of dry ice per one thousand (1,000) gallons. <br /> C/3. Sampling must be conducted by a third party sampling firm. <br /> 4. Backfill with crushed rock -- self-compacting material not more <br /> than three-quarters (314) inch in cross sectional measurement. <br /> Submission of verification must be submitted within 30 days of <br /> project completion. <br /> OR <br /> Backfill with clean fill and submission of a letter certifying <br /> that the area falls under the sites mining permit and that no <br /> structures shall be built over the site. <br /> 5. Underground Storage Tank Disposition Tracking Record must be <br /> returned within 30 days of acceptance of the tank by the disposal <br /> or recycling facility. <br /> 6. The analytical results for soil samples must be accompanied by the <br /> laboratory's QA/QC for the indicated samples. <br /> 7. Tanks identified as #1-114 and #2-114, shall be tested following <br /> leaded gasoline criteria (including TPH-D) . Tank #3-114 shall be <br /> tested following waste/used oil criteria. <br /> 8. The tank shall be manifested and transported as hazardous waste. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
