REPRODUCED AT GOVERNMENT EXPENSE, g <br />E <br />2.2 DISPOSITION OF MATERIAL: Except where indicated otherwise or specifi- <br />cally specified otherwise in other eeotiuoo° the tank and associated piping <br />shall become the property of the Contractor and shall be removed from Govern- <br />ment property upon approval by the Contracting Officer of the Contractor's <br />demolition and removal procedures and authorization by the Cootrauio8 Officer <br />to begin demolition. The Government will not be responsible for the <br />condition or loss of, or damage to, such property after notice to proceed. <br />The tanks and associated piping to be cemuved'wiIl be released to the <br />contractor for demolition purposes by iaauauoa of delivery orders. The <br />Contractor shall agree to perform removal and clearing work as necessary for <br />removal work indicated by the delivery orders. <br />2.3 CLEANUP: <br />2.3.1 Debris and Rubbish: Remove and transport debris and rubbish in a <br />manner that will prevent spillage on streets or adjacent areas. Clean up <br />spillage from streets and adjacent areas. Other applicable requirements are <br />included under Section 01560 "Environmental Protection". <br />2.5.2 Regulations: Comply with Federal, State and Local hauling disposal <br />regulations. <br />
