Please state in <br />writing that this is your understanding. <br />6) Please state in writing that samples will be obtained 2 - 4 <br />feet beneath the tank's or piping invert. Please note: All <br />other samples taken, other than those required for the tank <br />removal, must be authorized by Diane Hinson who is overseeing <br />the overexcavation part of this project. <br />n73 Enclosed you will find the Authorization to Release form. This <br />must be completed, signed by the operator of the facility, and <br />returned with your resubmittals. <br />8) Enclosed you will also find the Underground Tank Disposition <br />oTracking Record. I have completed the first section. Please <br />complete the remaining three sections to the extent possible <br />PRIOR TO REMOVAL and return it with the other resubmittals. <br />
