Roth Road, Lathrop <br />The proposed application for permit to remove two underground storage tanks at the <br />above referenced location, has been approved with the following conditions: <br />ANUL 1. All inspections must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br />2. Call USA Dig prior to any excavation. <br />3. Underground Storage Tank Disposition Tracking Record must be submitted <br />within 30 days of tank removal. <br />4. The Backfill Excavation Certificate must be submitted within 30 days of the tank <br />removal with verification of backfill material. <br />5. The Tank Closure Certification form must be submitted within 30 days of tank <br />removal. <br />6. Sample analysis must be conducted in accordance with the diesel fuel <br />specifications on page 8 of the permit application. <br />7. The amount of samples taken will be based on the specifications on page 7 of the <br />permit application. <br />8.
