Please see the attached page one of
the monitoring plan.
The tank monitoring (section IV) secondary containment is both "dry" and "under vacuum". The tanks have dry annular
spaces which are under vacuum. The tank annular spaces have veeder root 420 sensors and veeder root 857280 -200
vacuum sensors. Check off the "under vacuum" box which I have highlighted in yellow. Add the 857280 -200 model
number.
The pipe/pipe monitoring (section V) secondary containment is "dry", "liquid filled" and "under vacuum". The sumps
have annular spaces which are liquid filled. The interior of the sumps is dry. The piping annular spaces are dry and
under vacuum. The piping annular spaces have veeder root 857280 -100 vacuum sensors. Check off the "under
vacuum" box which I have highlighted in yellow. Add the 857280 -100 model number.
The previously submitted site map does not have enough detail and the ATG is located on the map in the wrong place. I
recommend listing all of the monitoring sensors in a table with their label (L-1, S-1 etc.), area being monitored (87
turbine sump), type of sensor (liquid) and brand/model of sensor (veeder Root 794380-208). The map can reference the
sensor table. Include all "L" and "S" sensors. Do not include air quality "S" sensors.
For example, from our records the site has the following "S" sensors:
S-1; monitors 87 product line annular space, vapor recovery line annular space, vent line annular space; monitors liquid
and vacuum; Veeder Root 857280 -100.
S-2; monitors 87 tank annular space; monitors vacuum; Veeder Root 857280-200.
S-3; monitors 91 product line annular space; monitors liquid and vacuum; Veeder Root 857280-100.
S-4; monitors 91 tank annular space; monitors vacuum; Veeder Root 857280-200.
S-5; monitors diesel product line annular space; monitors liquid and vacuum; Veeder Root 857280-100.
Also include all of the "L" sensors at the site.
Return the updated monitoring plan, sensor table and map to me.
