The tank secondary containment is "dry" and "under vacuum", not "liquid
filled". Please correct and return to me.
3. Corrective action statement: Who corrected the alarm conditions? Some alarms do not have service receipts
associated with them.
4. The L8, L16 and L20 alarms are annular sensors. Your explanation of "removed rain water" does not make
sense. The annular spaces are liquid filled.
Thank you,
Garrett Backus, Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E Hazelton Ave, Stockton, CA 95205-6232
email: gbackus sicehd.com
telephone: (209) 468-2986
fax: (209) 468-3433
website: http://www.sogov.org/ehd/Programs/Unitlil/unitiii.htm
