Saw cut, excavate and remove (1) 10'x 24'x 2"asphalt/6"concrete over tank <br /> 2. If required by County officials soil samples will be obtained. <br /> PHASE II <br /> 1. Plumbing: Expose existing piping sump and expose existing suction/return product lines at <br /> building. Bore through concrete wall and install 3"fiberglass pipe through wall. Install I"APT <br /> doublewall piping through existing 3"fiberglass. Make necessary connections to tank and <br /> generator facility. Provide necessary repairs to existing piping sump. NOTE: Product lines will <br /> be double wall 1"APT piping system sleeved inside 4"flex piping from piping sumps to <br /> generator area, which will only be used as a chase conduit. Vent lines are existing single wall <br /> Fiberglass system. <br /> 2. Provide electrical conduits and power for (1) annular tank sensor, (1) piping sump sensor, and <br /> (1) inventory probe. NOTE: Contractor to tie into existing electrical panel and breakers. After <br /> inspections, backfill and compact over tanks and trenches to subgrade. <br /> 3. Concrete work consisting of: <br /> (1) 8'x 22'x 6"tank pad NOTE: All concrete will be 5 sack mix with #4 rebar 24"O.C. <br /> 4. Patch remainder of disturbed areas with 2"A.C. Hot asphalt 64 sq. ft. maximum). <br /> S. Install all equipment, start system and check for correct operations. Purge product lines, <br /> precision test suction return lines per Environmental Health requirement. Provide pre-training <br /> and start-up instructions to company personnel (2 hours equipment training). <br /> 6. Contractor to furnish temporary suction and return fuel lines from UST to generator facility. <br /> Lines to be connected each day before contractor leaves site or if generator start during <br /> construction. <br />
