Box 2009 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Attn: Mr. Harlan Knoll <br />Re: Lodi MemoriaHospital <br />Lodi, CA <br />Sales order No. 3172 <br />Dear Mr. Harlan, <br />We delivered a 5,000 gallon underground fuel tank to the <br />project referenced above on July 28, 1988. <br />The tank is double steel wall construction with an exterior <br />fiberglass coating. As our standard procedure this tank was <br />holiday tested at three different times. The first test is <br />performed after completion of the fiberglassing operation. <br />The second test is performed the day before delivery.
