No violation was observed during this <br /> inspection. Technician conducted annual line test on the 20,000 gallon tank. <br /> During this inspection the hose connecting the annual space and the annular fill sensor in the 20,000- <br /> gallon tank fill sump crumbled apart and had to be replaced. Facility used Elite IV contractor to replace <br /> the hose and about 2.5 gallons of propylene glycol lost when the hose came apart. Observed Joe <br /> Bartholdi replaced the hose with a polyurethane piece which he stated is used at Costco stations for the <br /> same purpose.
