The EHD must be contacted prior to commencing work. Inspection times and dates will be at <br /> the availability of the EHD staff. <br /> 2. No removal or repair of piping can take place prior to inspection by the EHD and special <br /> inspector. If any piping is removed prior to inspection, then all the piping must be changed to <br /> double walled under permit and inspection by the EHD. <br /> 3. City of Stockton Fire must be notified prior to beginning work. <br /> 4. Sampling must be done using criteria listed in EH 23-046, minimum verification laboratory <br /> analysis. Third party sampler is required with proper chain of custody for samples. The EHD <br /> staff must witness sampling. <br /> 5. The EHD can for cause reject piping which is found to not be properly installed or is found to <br /> be leaking. <br /> 6. If contamination is noted during inspection of this system and this system is not replaced <br /> with double wall contained piping and tank, a monitoring well will be required as per Health <br /> and Safety Code Section 25292(b)(3) and 25296 (4)(c). <br />
