The following is BP's response to the items noted during the <br /> inspection. <br /> • HSC 25291(b): UST system monitoring equipment is operational—The liquid <br /> sensor in the master STP sump failed the functionality test. Tech replaced onsite <br /> and sensor tested ok. Part#794380-323, S/N 178792. Submit a permit <br /> application to this department immediately <br /> The Inspection Report states that at the time of the inspection, the liquid sensor in the <br /> unleaded underground storage tank(UST) submersible turbine pump (STP) sump failed <br /> during the compliance testing event. <br />
