Three items still need to be completed: <br /> 1. The UST Certificate of Installation/Certification needs to be completed and sent to my department. See <br /> the attached form. The permit is SR0063748, the contractor was Steven N. Richardson, Filner <br /> Construction, California contractor#177928, ICC UST installer/retrofitter#5262233. <br /> 2. The UST monitoring plan and map needs to be updated to reflect the double walled suction line between <br /> the vapor condensate trap tank and the product tank, new vapor condensate trap tank, tank annular liquid <br /> sensor, tank overfill sensor, and vapor condensate trap tank sump liquid sensor. Use the comments <br /> section of the monitoring plan or an additional page to list these sensors and components. Send the <br /> r',-)nitorinq plan and map to my department. <br /> 3.
