No. 2133 /Our Job No. 13380 <br />RECEIVE® <br />N"- r 21 2011 <br />ENVIRONMEN AL HEALTH <br />PERMIT/SFRVICES <br />On behalf of our client, BP West Coast Products, LLC, Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc., <br />respectfully requests that the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department review and approve <br />the Underground Storage Tank Retrofit Permit Application for the EVR Phase II equipment upgrade to be <br />completed at the ARCO fueling facility referenced above. <br />The scope of this installation includes the following: <br />1. Install a Healy CAS unit <br />2. Install In -Station Diagnostics (ISD) in each dispenser <br />3. Retrofit existing gasoline dispensers with EVR Phase II vapor recovery equipment <br />Enclosed for your review and approval are the following: <br />1. Three (3) copies of the signed Application for UST Retrofit Permit <br />2. Three (3) sets of wet -signed plans <br />3. Three (3) copies of manufacturers' specification sheet <br />4. One (1) Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc., check in the amount of $375 for the plan <br />check review fees <br />It is our understanding, based on conversations with your office, that these items comprise a complete <br />submittal package.
