EO VR -201-L is
Franklin Fueling Systems Healy Phase 11 EVR solution without In -Station Diagnostics (ISD). EO VR -202-L is
Franklin Fueling Systems Healy Phase 11 EVR solution with ISD.
With the release of Revision L, the major addition to the Healy Phase II EVR solution is certification for use
with a Liquid Condensate Trap (LCT), also commonly referred to as vapor pods or knockout pots. LCTs are
utilized in gasoline dispensing facilities (GDFs) where minimum slope requirements of the vapor return lines
from the dispensers to the underground storage tank cannot be met.
Within CARB EVR EOs VR -201 and VR -202, you will find the legal language, testing exhibits, and
Installation. Operation, and Maintenance (IOM) manuals added for the LCT certification. Always refer to the
CARB EOs for complete details and requirements regarding all elements of the Healy Phase It EVR solution,
but please also find attached a summary of representative LCT installation for your reference.
Please contact Franklin Fueling System Technical Support at 800-984-6266 if you have questions regarding
these EOs.
Sincerely,
Leon Schuster
Product Manager
Dispensing Systems
* Franklin Fueling Systems
