SITE #2133. <br />Dear Mr. Backus, <br />Enclosed, please find the monitoring system certification (s) and spill bucket testing results for the above -referenced site. <br />These results are being sent to you per the annual testing requirement. Initial testing was performed on 4/5/11 and at that <br />time the 91 fill bucket failed testing and the 91 MLLD was not tested due to not having a VMI tester on site on the date <br />of the initial test. Permitted repairs (SR 0062298) were completed and FASTECH returned on 4/19/11 for the retest with <br />passing results.
