Secondary containment testing was last performed on 3-24-2008 and was due by 3/2011. Testing <br />has not been completed and is one month past due. Secondary containment testing is required once <br />every 36 months. Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours notification to the Environmental <br />Health Department (EHD). <br />18. The 91 octane fill spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum <br />capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br />Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair or replace the spill <br />container under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br />Notes <br />1. The 91 product line leak detector was not tested today since the technician did not have the <br />Vaporless brand test equipment required by Vaporless to test their line leak detectors.
