The November 2013 designated operator monthly inspection report was not found on site. <br /> Designated operator monthly inspection reports for the previous twelve months shall be retained on site. <br /> Locate and ensure that copies of the previous twelve months of designated operator monthly inspection <br /> reports are maintained on site. Submit copies to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) by February 15, 2014. <br /> 305. The dispenser 1/2 and 87 middle tank fill sump liquid sensors failed to activate an audible and <br /> visual alarm when tested to ensure continuous monitoring of the tank system. All monitoring equipment <br /> shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser <br /> when it detects a leak. The sensors were replaced and retested during the inspection. A "UST Retrofit <br /> Verification with Inspector Already Onsite" form has been completed and provided to the operator and <br /> contractor. Violation resolved. <br /> 311. The 91 octane line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall <br /> be capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician adjusted the leak <br /> detector, retested it, and it passed. Violation resolved. <br /> Notes <br /> 1.
