The CERS ID number for this facility is 10181253. My department will <br /> review the CERS information and approve or reject the submittal. <br /> If you would like I can help you enter the CERS information and provide all of the correct forms if you pay$125 for a UST <br /> consultation in our office. See the UST consultation checklist for everything covered by the consultation. Schedule with <br /> me for the consultation which takes about 90- 120 minutes.
