The Sylvania Lighting Services Company took <br /> possession of these materials which were taken back to their facility located at 1636 Pacific Street in <br /> Union City for storage and disposal. Additionally, there is a copy of the receipt supplied by Donco and <br /> Sons for the waste materials they took possession of during the lighting upgrade that took place at this <br /> location in 2013. Copies of these documents have been sent to the store for their records. <br /> This letter should address the item(s) noted on the Inspection Report. 7-Eleven assumes that all issues <br /> regarding this report have been resolved and are closed.
