Hammer Lane
Steven,
Six month follow up testing of installed secondary containment components (fill sumps) is required around March 1,
2014. This was a condition of the LC services permit approval to install the fill sumps. Also required by Title 23 section
2637(a). The testing company must notify my department 48 hours prior to the test. We may or may not witness the
secondary containment testing.
If you are using the hazardous waste contingency plan in CERS for all the 7-11 sites then add the emergency coordinator
add-on sheet for each site. The franchisee's at each site must be able to access this document either via a paper copy or
electronically and demonstrate this to an inspector.
Garrett Backus
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E Hazelton Ave, Stockton, CA 95205
Phone: (209) 468-2986
Fax: (209) 468-3433
Email: gbackus@sicehd.com
From: Boyd, Stephen [mailto:Stephen.Boyd@7-11.com]
Sent: Friday, October 18, 2013 3:12 PM
To: Garrett Backus [EH]
Subject: RE: 9/13/2013 inspection at 3202 W.
