According to the plans Western <br />Fiberglass sumps are being installed. Please change #7 if Xerxes sumps are not being used. <br />• See revised sheet G0.3 — Xerxes sumps will be used. <br />2. Provide third party approval information (UL or equivalent) for the Western Fiberglass tank top <br />sumps. <br />• N/A, Xerxes sumps will be used. <br />3. Are Xerxes tank containment collars being installed before adding the Western Fiberglass fill sumps <br />OR are the Western Fiberglass (WF) fill sumps being installed using WF sump riser tubes? <br />• Both collars and sumps will be Xerxes, and installed by Xerxes Mfg reps. <br />4. Will the sumps <br />being installed have the UL labeling? <br />6. Clarify who is installing the Western Fiberglass sumps and riser tubes and the Xerxes tank collars (if <br />used). If LC services is doing this work then provide WF and Xerxes training certifications. <br />• Xerxes mfg representatives will be installing the Xerxes sumps. <br />7. The plans state that a WF manufacturer field representative is installing the tank collars and sumps. <br />Are you using WF tank collars (riser tubes)? <br />• Response same as #3 above. <br />8. Provide Tim Hardin's stainless steel flex line training certification. <br />• See attached training certifications <br />9. Provide stainless steel flex line part numbers and 3`d party approval document (UL or equivalent). <br />Parts are identified as FX -02 and FX -03 on the plans but are not included in the equipment schedule. <br />• See attached UL certification information <br />10. Is the monitoring panel being cold started and the alarm history being erased?
