The <br />Designated Operator has been notified and will being using the "official" test dates moving forward. <br />Item 2: During your inspection, the Bravo float failed to activate the shear valve and needed to be <br />adjusted. <br />Resolution 2: You noted that the float and chain were adjusted by the technician at the time of your <br />inspection. <br />This letter should address the item(s) noted on the Inspection Report. 7 -Eleven assumes that all issues <br />regarding this report have been resolved and are closed.
