WRITTEN MONITORING PROCEDURES <br />UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM <br />This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this monitoring <br />program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Division, phone (209) 468-3420 within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring <br />procedures, unless required to obtain approval before maldng the change. <br />Required by Sections 2632(d) and 2641(h) CCR <br />Facility Name SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS YARD <br />Facility Address 1810 E. HAZELTON AVE., STOCKTON, CA 95205 <br />A. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: <br />Tank ANNUAL ANNULAR HYDROSTATIC TEST FOR GASOLINE AND <br />B. What methods and equipment, identified by name and model, will be used for <br />performing the monitoring: <br />Tank VEEDER ROOT - TLS -350 <br />Piping VEEDER ROOT - TLS -350 <br />C. Describe the location(s) where the monitoring will be performed (facility plot plan <br />should be attached): <br />BUILDING NORTH OF FUELING ISLAND - THRU FIRE DOOR ENTRANCE AND LEFT <br />INTO OFFIGE- <br />D. List the names) and title(s) of the people responsible for performing the monitoring <br />and/or maintaining the equipment: <br />MONITORING - JUNE OKUBO/NIGHT WATCHMAN (468-3077) <br />MAINTENANCE - EARL GILFORD, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II (468-3104) <br />E. Reporting format for monitoring: <br />Tank VEEDER ROOT TAPES PRINTED DAILY/SAVED AND <br />Piping FORWARDED TO EARL GILFORD MONTHLY <br />F. Describe the preventive maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipment. Note: <br />Maintenance must be in accordance with themanufacturers' maintenance schedule <br />but not less than every 12 months: STOCKTON SERVICE STATION TO CHECK <br />VEEDER ROOT EVERY 12 MONTHS <br />G. Describe the training necessary for the operation of UST system, including piping, <br />and the monitoring equipment: STOCKTON SERVICE STATION PROVIDED VERBAL <br />INSTRUCTIONS ON VEEDER ROOT. A USER MANUAL ALSO PROVIDED. <br />
