As you may <br />recall, we submitted an underground storage tank removal package for this site in September of <br />this year. It was subsequently discovered that two additional tanks are in need of <br />closure/removal. On the site map provided we would request tank number four which is a <br />1,000 gallon waste oil storage tank be removed and tank number eight be abandoned in place. <br />Tank number eight is underneath an existing wall and cannot be removed without demolishing <br />the side of the existing building. I have enclosed the following for your review: <br />1. Ifformation in triplicate <br />2. Closure Application <br />3. Application fee <br />4. A and B forms <br />5.
