The highest co=entrationof TRpH will be used to <br />analyze Title 22 CAM 17 tneWs, PCB, Organ0chl0rides and Pesticides using EPA Method No. <br />8080, chlorinated hydrocarbons using EPA Method No. 5030/8Z40, and BTEX using EPA <br />Mediod No. 8010/8020. All analytical data will be reported by a Califomia-Certified <br />laboratory. <br />Task 9: Report Preparation <br />Upon completion of the field work and receipt of the analytical results, a report will be <br />Prepared by TEM. The report will include soil boring logs, well permits, as -built construction <br />details of groundwater monitoring wells, analytical results of both soil and groundwater <br />Samples, isoconcentration maps for TPH, bemne and MTBE, a groundwater contour map <br />depicting ale hydraWic gradient and dirOctiOn of groundwater flow across the SITE, and the <br />current groundwater elevation data, <br />L4x4_1j �[* C1149 .1 IAIUM <br />The proposed work can be initiated upon writtm approval of the workplan by SJCPHS.
