Stockton ServiceStatiowEquipment Company is the contractor doing the tank removal and <br />tank installation. <br />2. Sheet PT -5, Underground Tank Removal Procedure, section 15 shall be amended to read as <br />follows "At least 30 pounds of dry ice per 1,000 gallon of UST capacity shall be crushed <br />and distributed over the greatest possible area in the tank to promote rapid evaporation". <br />This is also described in the site safety plan provided by contractor. <br />3. Sheet PT -5, Underground Tank Removal Procedure, sections 17 through 22 address soil <br />sampling, contamination, storage, imported fill and soil placement. These procedures <br />apply to this site because the new tanks are being installed in the original tank location. <br />4. Soil samples to be taken by McCampbell Analytical. <br />5. Waste hauler is American Valley Environmental. <br />6. Industrial Service Oil Inc. is permitted disposal site. <br />Thank you for your help with this project.
