5. Contact Ray von Flue (468-9848) to arrange the following inspections (a 48-hour notice <br />is required): <br />a. Verify the functionality of the (87) regular unleaded mechanical line leak <br />detector by witnessing the three gallon per hour leak test. <br />6. An "Underground Storage Tank Certification of Installation/Modification" form shall be <br />submitted by the owner or the owners' agent [pursuant to (CCR) 2635(4)] before this <br />upgrade will be considered complete by EHD. <br />7.
