2370 Maggio Circle, Unit #4, Lodi, CA 95240-8828 <br />T#: (209) 367-4800/F#: (209) 367-5424 <br />Contractor's License #774802 <br />A\ N\. baa I e-,-C11ter[)r1SCS.CO111 <br />September 12, 2008 <br />San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department <br />600 East Main Street <br />Stockton, CA 95202-3029 <br />Environmental Health Department Unit III <br />SUBJECT: Letter to accompany Service Request regarding fuel dispensing system located at <br />1810 Hazelton Street, Stockton. <br />This morning at approximately 7:30 a.m. I received a telephone call from SJC Fleet Services to <br />inform me that the gasoline dispensing system located at the Corporation Yard on Hazelton was <br />•" and the system was 'in alarm status. <br />f,wmp <br />Upon arrival and initial troubleshooting it was determined that the gasolm'Aump sensor was in <br />alarm and had shut the system down. Further troubleshooting revealed that the line leak detector <br />was leaking. A telephone call was made to your office to seek permission to repair the leak prior <br />to submitting an application for a pernut. Permission was granted by Mr. Willie Ng. The leak <br />detector was removed, threads were cleaned, new sealant applied and the unit was replaced. The <br />sensor was dried and returned to the lo int i n i; I il!: .13 <br />west Poir ;, <br />• • gasoline taken from the sump was returned to the tank. 'Me system was tested and <br />returned to normal operating status. <br />Please call at your earliest opportunity with any questions you may have. <br />
