YARD <br />RECORDABLE RELEASE <br />UST Operator: Rick Tirapelle <br />Phone: 468-3105 <br />11 <br />On 9/29/06 while performing the UST inspection, I discovered a small amount of diesel <br />fuel in the under dispenser containment area. It appeared to be about 3 x 8 inches wide, <br />unknown amount. <br />I reported the seepage to Kevin Myose, he called Joe Bagley and requested a repair. <br />Vendor cleaned containment area after repairs were made. I'm unaware of disposal <br />methods that the vendor uses. <br />Vendor found diesel meter fitting seeping and dripping. Vendor repaired fitting and <br />cleaned UDC. <br />Vendor reset monitoring system to normal operation. <br />
