Lower Sacramento Rd. <br />Stockton, CA 95210 <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) performed a routine underground storage tank <br />inspection on December 4, 2006 at the above referenced site. <br />An inspection report was issued to you along with a request for pertinent information that was necessary in order to <br />bring this site into compliance. You were required to submit this information by January 4, 2007. This information <br />has not been received. <br />Failure to correct the violations will result in continuing/additional violations.
