OPW APPROVED PRODUCTS FOR CARB / EVR — EXECUTIVE ORDER VR -102-A <br />OPW Rotatable Swivel Adaptors (61SALP Fill & 61VSA Vapor) — <br />OPW EVR Rotatable Swivel Adaptors are certified for installation on the fill <br />and vapor ports on OPW Phase 1 EVR systems. OPW Swivel Adaptors provide <br />360 degrees of rotation of any product or vapor recovery elbow to prevent the <br />adaptors from loosening on the spill container risers. OPW Swivel Adaptors <br />exceed the EVR requirement to maintain a minimum 360 -degree rotation with <br />an average static torque not exceed 108 inch -pounds (9 foot pounds).
