OPW Overfill Prevention - EVR
The OPW 61SO-40OC-EVR series Overfill Prevention Valves are
certified for installation on OPW Phase 1 EVR Systems. The
vapor -tight EVR 61 SOS are designed to provide positive shut-off
of product delivery before an overfill condition occurs per EPA
requirements without intervention from the transport driver. The
valve features a sealed float pivot and a threaded laser tube
connection and exceeds the EVR requirement for a maximum
vapor leak rate of 0.17CFH @ 2" H2O. The 61 SO-EVR series valve
is installed in the base of the OPW EVR spill container with the
patent pending 61 JSK Jack Screw device. This configuration
allows liquid in the spill container to be drained directly into the
drop tube thereby isolating the drain valve from the tank ullage,
eliminating a notorious leak pant in previous systemst., ,
DPW M-2100
Drake vale
e
DPW 6341T-EVR
Product FIN
oust cap
61 SO Two -Point
The OPW 61 SO Two -Point is used for two-point fill applications, tanks
equipped with separate product and vapor return connections, The OPW 61 SO
replaces the standard fill drop tube in 3" or 4" fill riser pipes. The 61 SOM models
are specially designed for compatibility with M-85 and M-100 methanol fuels.
Both the OPW 61 SO and 61SOM are available with sealed vapor paths for use in
areas where CARB requirements have been adopted. The OPW 61 SO -1000 and
61SO-100C (CARE) feature a groove that runs the full length of the tube to allow
a gauging system to share the fill riser with the overfill prevention valve. The OPW
61SO 4900 features low flow shut-off (10 gpm) for use in areas requiring KIWA-
approved overfill prevention valve.
61 SOC Coaxial
The OPW 61 SOC is used for coaxial fill applications, tanks equipped with a single
productivapor return connection. The 61 SOC replaces the standard coaxial fill drop
tube in a 4" riser fill pipe.
61SOP Poppeted Coaxial
The OPW 61 SOP is used in poppeted coaxial fill applications in areas where CARB
requirements have been adopted. (CARR Executive order G-70-52AN), A special
poppeted adaptor MN (mduded with 61 SOP) allows the vapor return path to open
only when a All elbow is connected, thus, preventing fugitive emissions.
DPW 61 SAEVR
S 61 SO-411YT
Flu Adaptor
Shipped without drop tubes, the 61S0-48YT is designed to adapt to existing
DPW GIJSK4400-EVR coaxial and conventional drop tubes that meet specific OPW standards.
Jack Screw Drop Tube (The 61 SOC-4BYT kit is required to adapt the 61 SO4BYT for coaxial
Lode Doom Device applications.)
(
02
Integral Channel for
ED I
MILA
Gauging System
Apparatus
OPW 6150-1000
gin
Grooved -Tube
Design for Two -Point
Applications with Tank
Gauging Probes.
\ DPW 6130.4000-EYR
Sense overfill
Prevention vale oPW 0PW OPw
61 SOC 61SOP 61$0-48YT
6111.1400-EVR Serres
Tank Bottom
Protector
W 1.2100-EVR
Series Spill
Container
Vapor Return
Path
OPW 61 SOC or
61SOP
6"
DPW 634TT Cap
OPW 633TC or
633TCP Adaptor
om tube
o tank
