Box 388 <br />Stockton, California 95201-0388 <br />RE: SUSPECTED RELEASE CASE CLOSURE <br />UNOCAL SERVICE STATION # 5886 <br />2701 MARCH LANE @ I-5 <br />STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95207 <br />Dear Pam: <br />In reference to my previous letter dated January 28, 1994, regarding a <br />suspected release at the above referenced Unocal service station, enclosed <br />please find a copy of the passing tank test results. <br />NDE Environmental Corporation conducted tests on the 87 and 92 tank and line <br />systems at this facility on January 29, 1994. Both the 87 and 92 tanks and <br />lines tested tight. <br />A request has been made to the Unocal Real Estate Department and Retail <br />Business Unit to have Automatic Tank Gauging installed in the product tanks <br />at this facility. If approved, a Unocal Construction Engineer will contact <br />your office to obtain necessary permits. <br />Upon reviewing the above information, please consider closing this case in <br />your files. <br />If you require any additional information, please call me at (714) 572-7653. <br />If no response is received within 30 days, Unocal will consider this case <br />closed. <br />Your cooperation and assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. <br />Sincer , <br />sILy da S.
