TO: Ms. Peggy Owens, March Lane 76 <br />FROM: Pam Violett, San Joaquin county Environmental Health Div. <br />DATE: August 7, 1992 <br />RE: monitoring requirements for Underground Storage Tanks <br />I am returning your Inventory Reconciliation sheets, although I did <br />put the quarterly reports in your file. As of August 1991 <br />Underground Storage Tank (UST) Regulations quarterly reports are no <br />longer required to be submitted to this office. Instead, an Annual <br />Report, reflecting a 12 month period, is required. our office has <br />been in the process of developing this new form and I have enclosed <br />the final version of it. Also enclosed is the new Inventory <br />Reconciliation Log, and forms describing the current method of <br />monitoring being implemented for the UST's at your facility. Please <br />note the new allowable variation for Inventory Reconciliation. You <br />may begin the 12 month period upon receipt of these forms, and <br />submit your first Annual Report on or around September 1993. It is <br />not necessary to submit the Inventory Reconciliation sheets, but <br />keep them on site for three years for inspection by this <br />department.
