Verity location of existing relays in field. Pull new <br />conductor through "existing" conduit as required. Trench and <br />provide new conduit only when necessary. Provide necessary <br />modifications at interconnect boxes and Console.. Properly <br />terminate now conductor at both dispensers and relays to allow <br />normal pumping of product. Do not complete connection for <br />blended product until Phase II. See Sheet J-1.0 for appropriate <br />trench cross section.•- <br />OReplace or modify console, interconnect boxes, conductor and <br />conduit as required to accomodate additional nozzles. <br />PHASE II O <br />V Modify product piping, memifold vapor recovery lines if rot <br />already awpleted and install om blend valve below dispenser <br />for each 89 octans nozzle indicated. Install new *hear valves <br />when necessary and anchor per local requirements. Use <br />appropriate installation detail per dispenser brand on Sheets <br />J-6.0, 6.1 and 6.2. <br />3o Install new or used single dispenser as shown with high hose <br />hanger where required. See Shoots J-2.0 and 2.1. Follow <br />proposed octans arrangement indicated. <br />10, Install new or used dual dispenser as shown with high hose <br />hanger where required. Take necessary precautions to prevent overfill <br />occurances. Do not transfer product until approved by Unocal <br />representative. <br />16 Contractor to remove and safely store existing dispenser in <br />contractor's yard. Leave existing dispensers in place until Phase II. <br />•• Dedicated conduit will be required for all electronic <br />dispensers. Tohkeis multi product TCS dispensers may require <br />two dedicated conduits each. Check manufacturer instructions. <br />•• Reuse existing conduit wherever possible and extend existing <br />conduit when necessary.
