IiLngle <br />Environmental, Inc. <br />1E <br />TO: Local Implementing Agency <br />RE: SIR Monthly Test Results <br />May 17, 1994 <br />The enclosed test results are based on the first 30 days of <br />data collected by Unocal dealers and sent to our company. We <br />wanted to include this brief explanation to introduce ourselves. <br />Triangle Environmental, Inc. has been doing tank integrity <br />testing since 1990. In that capacity, we have met many of you in <br />person. We recently became the representatives for EnviroQuest, <br />using the SIRAS method of statistical analysis. <br />We are under contract with Unocal to do their SIR program <br />this year; however, our participation only started in April. The <br />enclosed results are for April.
