Please provide us with <br />the following information as soon as possible: <br />• A Site Health and Safety Plan. <br />• It is my understanding that Valenzuela Engineering does not have a "Hazardous Substance Removal <br />Certification"? Who will be handling that portion of the job? That subcontractor must obtain a <br />contractor questionnaire from the Environmental Health Division and provide them with copies of the <br />necessary licenses.
