The UST Facility Operating Permit Application, UST Tank Information and UST Monitoring <br />Plan are not current and approved in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br />Information was entered and approved in CERS today. Violation resolved. <br />109. Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing was <br />performed on December 20, 2012 and a test report was not been submitted to the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department (EHD). A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of <br />the tests. The operator provided copy to the EHD today during the inspection. Violation resolved. <br />305. Two Bravo float and chain devices in the dispenser 1/2 (west) and 9/10 (west) sumps failed to stop <br />the flow of product at the dispenser when tested. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to <br />activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br />The testing technician replaced the floats with functioning units during the inspection and a retrofit <br />verification form was filled out by the inspector.
