Please find enclosed a <br />copy of the new form to record inventory reconciliation data, as <br />well as the Annual Report form that has replaced the quarterly <br />report. Please note the new MONTHLY allowable variation for <br />inventory reconciliation. You may start the 12 month reporting <br />period where your quarterly reports left off, i.e. the last <br />quarterly report received by this office was first quarter 1993. <br />Please utilize these forms as your originals and make copies as <br />necessary. <br />I have also enclosed two informational sheets that describe the <br />performance standards you are currently using to monitor your <br />UST's.
