According to Title 23, California Code of Regulations, Section 2637 (b),
this testing must be performed at least once every 12 months. According to section 2636 (f)(4), you
must schedule your pressurized line tightness test annually. [unless exempt under section 2636(S)]
Our records indicate that the above referenced monitoring equipment tests were last performed on
July 29, 2004.
It is the responsibility of the owner/operator to have all tests scheduled within the required
timeframes and to provide the local agency with at least 48-hour notification prior to performing the
tests. Additionally, the owner/operator must submit the above testing results to this office within 30
days of the test completion. Schedule and perform the required monitoring equipment tests by
September 6, 2004.
If you have any questions regarding this matter you may contact Michelle Le, REHS at (209)468-
9847.
Thank you,
Michelle Le,REHS
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
