Note: Permit fees are not included in this bid proposal. <br /> ■ Prepare and provide a Site Specific Health and Safety Plan for permitting purposes. <br /> ■ Temporary cyclone fencing of work area. <br /> ■ Removal of existing dispensers, dispenser controls, and tank monitoring equipment.
