Hydrocarbon impacted soil appears to be centered near the riddle of the former tank <br />cluster and near the middle pump island. It appears that there has been M unauthorized <br />release of hydrocarbons at the site. Conductor casing has been installed near the center of <br />the previousi tank cluster during the installation of the new tanks to facilitate the. possible <br />Installation bf remediation wells in this area. The PHS will likely require further <br />assessment and remediation of the unauthorized release. GeoAudit recommends preparation <br />of a plan to further assess the impacted soil at the site. <br />Our professibnal services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily <br />exercised by 06vironnmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings <br />were mainly based on analytical results provided by an independent laboratory.
