The access casing shalt meet all of the following: <br />Designed and installed to allow the liquid to flow into the casing. <br />_ <br />Sized to allow removal of collected liquid and able to withstand alt anticipated applied <br />stresses. <br />Constructed of material that will not be structurally weakened. <br />Screened along entire vertical zone of permeable material. <br />Capable of preventing leakage of any hazardous substance from the casing. <br />Extend to the ground surface and covered with a locked waterproof cap. <br />_ <br />Capable of meeting S.J. Co. PHS-EHD Well Standards. <br />Leak interception and detection system shall prevent the leaked hazardous substance from <br />_ <br />entering ground water. <br />14. INTERSTITIAL SPACE MONITORING <br />A.
