Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air District for any <br />applicable permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. <br />All new addendums supercede the previous ones. <br />3. At least one person who holds the International Code Council (ICC) UST Service <br />Technician certification and manufacturers' certificate of training for all <br />components installed or tested must be onsite when work is performed. <br />4. EHD must witness the functionality of the sensor to ensure that monitoring meets <br />the requirements of the California Code of Regulations, Title 23 and the <br />California Health and Safety Code. <br />5. Allow a 48-hour notice for all appointments. <br />6.
