The permit has been approved with the following conditions. 1. Contact the local fire department, local planning or building department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any applicable pen -nits. 2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) for approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supercede the previous ones. a. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete list). The component must bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing organization. Be sure that all equipment installed is compatible. 3. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the following: a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and b. All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International Code Council (ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced; d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from the manufacturer of that component.
