Construction materials are semi-fluid substances such as concrete and asphalt and <br /> solid materials such as pea gravel and excavated dirt. It is anticipated that there will be no requirement for a permit to excavate over five feet <br /> in depth from the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health since no persons will be <br /> allowed in any excavation over five feet in depth. <br /> e <br /> It is planned to evacuate as much unleaded gasoline as possible by conventional means from <br /> the tanks before removal from the ground begins.
