Station Manager reports alarms to maintenance i c V/SERVICES <br />Piping: Same as Above. <br />Dispenser Containment: <br />Bravo Boxes have float switch that trips impact valve. <br />2. What methods and equipment, identified by name and model, will be using for performing the monitoring: <br />Tank: Gilbarco EMC electronic sensors provide continuous interstitial monitoring. <br />Piping: Gilbarco EMC electronic sensors provide continuous interstitial monitoring. <br />Dispenser Containment: Bravo Boxes monitored continuously. <br />3. Describe the location (s) where the monitoring will be performed (facility plot plan should be attached): <br />Tank interstitial space. Turbine sumps for piping. <br />4. List the name (s) and title (s) of the people responsible for performing the monitoring and/or maintaining the <br />equipment: <br />Elizabeth Okupe, Station Manager and Cesar Bosano, Area Manager or Robert Hoover, Retail <br />Environmental Administrator and Rose Pedregosa, Retail Environmental Coordinator at central office <br />in Auburn, WA. <br />5. Reporting format for monitoring: <br />Tank: Monitoring data is stored electronically on site. <br />Piping: Same as Above. <br />6. Describe the preventative maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipment. Note: maintenance must be in <br />accordance with the manufacturers' maintenance schedule but not less than every 12 months. <br />Equipment will be tested and inspected following Veeder-Root's Periodic Maintenance Checklist every <br />12 months. <br />7. Describe the training necessary for the operation of UST System, including piping and monitoring equipment: <br />Employees are trained on dispenser, POS System, Gilbarco EMC System, overfill alarms and fuel <br />delivery upon hire and refreshed every 12 months. <br />
