The permit has been <br />approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements - <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3_ Contact Fatinah Zareef at (209) 953.7311 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a_ Leak detector test: Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the device can <br />detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br />b. Secondary containment test (after backfill) of the 87 and 91 tanks, 87 and 91 piping, <br />87 and 91 turbine sumps. <br />c. Testing of the 87 and 91 product pipe primary containment by either using the PLLD <br />to conduct a 0.1 gallon/hour test or have a SWROB licensed Tank Tester conduct a <br />line test witnessed by an EHD inspector. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system tank prior to the <br />EHD inspection and approval. <br />4.
