The current site map has "L" indicating a sensor in all four under dispenser containments. This facility has float and chains in all of the under dispenser containments. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. This is a minor violation. 310 CCR 2636(f)(5) Piping is not fail-safe outside UDCs or fails to stop flow of product at dispenser inside UDCs. The Bravo box float and chain in the under dispenser containment (87 product) failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser when tested. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible visual alarm, or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The service technician adjusted the float and chain of the 87 grade fuel and verified the functionality. This was corrected on site. This is a minor violation.
