The current site map has "L" indicating a sensor in all four <br />under dispenser containments. This facility has float and chains in all of the under dispenser containments. A site <br />plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the <br />California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at hftp://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and upload a copy of the UST <br />Monitoring Site Plan, <br />This is a minor violation. <br />310 <br />CCR 2636(f)(5) Piping is not fail-safe outside UDCs or fails to stop flow of product at dispenser inside UDCs. <br />The Bravo box float and chain in the under dispenser containment (87 product) failed to stop the flow of product at <br />the dispenser when tested. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible visual alarm, or stop <br />the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The service technician adjusted the float and chain of the <br />87 grade fuel and verified the functionality.
